"Screams of the Forgotten" is a German TV movie that deals with paranormal activities related to human experimentation during the Third Reich at an old German university. The movie was broadcast on ProSieben, one of the leading television channels in Germany.
We were responsible for VFX supervising on set and in post-production and also took on the VFX producing of the film. We used particle simulations to develop the ghost effects for the film. Through extensive testing and research, our VFX artists created an effective pipeline to handle this gigantic mass of data and particles. In a short period of time, we realized numerous shots and processed a considerable amount of data.
One of the biggest challenges was the complex simulation of exploding windows and flying glass panes. This required precise planning and detailed work to ensure that the effects looked realistic and convincing. Our expertise in VFX supervising and producing was instrumental in ensuring that the film was visually stunning and technically flawless.
